The second Training School of the MuTaLig COST Action is organized as joint event with the Eleventh European Workshop in Drug Design (XI EWDD) at the Certosa di Pontignano (Siena, Italy) from May 21 to 26 2017. Traditionally this WS is a perfect school for students who may want to learn about the state-of-the-art in drug discovery by computational chemistry. This event always hosts academic and industrial trainers that will perform the didactic course by lectures and practical exercitations. A special session devoted to the MuTaLig COST Action will be hosted in one day of the Training School, where the Chemotheca will be presented to the all experts and participants. On the basis of the curriculum and the attitude to work within computational working groups, young investigators will be selected to get a COST grant, covering partially the participation to this event.
Specific outputs fot the 2nd Training School are:

• Best practice for compiling chemical databases
• Most appropriate computational tools (software and hardware) for intensive virtual screening simulations
